V.D.Metal started in April 2008, by Mr. Nikhil Joshi, especially for customer requirements of high quality Precision Brass Turned Components.
At V.D.Metal we have three different divisions for machining where
# Primary Operations includes cutting, drilling, chamfer etc.
# Final operations include turning, threading, second holes, reamering, fresh cutting and finishing.
# Visual Checking & Packing.
All the three divisions are under continuous supervision and online inspection is done during each stage of production to avoid last stage rejections. We promise to serve satisfaction in all terms which is the only factor to help us grow.
