Our range of Cylinder Liners include BEDFORD, CATERPILLAR, CUMMINS, DAF, DETROIT DIESEL, DEUTZ, FIAT/IVECO, FORD, FORDSON MAJOR, HINO, INTERNATIONAL, ISUZU, JOHN DEERE KOMATSU, KUBOTA, LAND ROVER, LEYLAND, LOMBARDINI, MACK, MAN, MAZDA, MERCEDES BENZ, MITSUBISHI, NISSAN, NAVISTAR, PERKINS, PEUGEOT, RENAULT, RVI, SCANIA, TATRA, TOYOTA, VOLVO, VOLKSWAGEN, YANMAR. ZETOR etc. We have developed over 5000 different types of wet and dry cylinder liners and air-cooled blocks for Automobile, Earth Moving, Marine, Generators, Tractors, Compressors, Industrial applications. Our manufacturing facility is located at Rajkot in India. It consists of three 2 x 300 kg, 1 x 500 Kg and 1 x 900 Kg(Dual Track) Induction Furnaces and a Cupola Furnace. Our total casting capacity is over 800 tons per month. We have proprietary process developed in-house to produce highest quality of centrifugal casting. Our goal at Esteem Auto Pvt. Ltd is to ensure the highest quality of our products and to attain that we follow rigorous quality assurance process.. to help our QA team do the best job. We also have a state of the art Laser-Marking Machine to facilitate proper part marking & identification. We believe that the quality of product is the reflection of the process, and we follow the industry best practices for all our manufacturing process. We also allow our customers to fine-tune the process to meet their needs.
