Captain Pipes Pvt. Ltd., established in 2010 nearby Rajkot at Shapar (veraval) are manufacture and supply good quality with high tensile, high impact unplasticised PVC threaded pipes for use as Column Pipe with its accessories, Plumbing Pipe with its fittings, Casing Pipe and uPVC pipe for potable water. The director of our company has been in this field since last 18 years and has in-depth knowledge about supreme quality, reliability and durability of the products and that is what we provide to our valuable customers.
The total area is 75000 sq. ft where production area is 40000 sq. ft. with the capacity of 15000 metric tons per annum. For our continuous improvement we follow ISO 9001:2008 in our production unit.
We have seven extrusion lines of latest German technology which is fully automatic and also fully automatic mixer in order to mix up raw material in appropriate ratio to increase quality. We have our own laboratory and R&D departments with well equipped instruments and experienced technical persons in order to test our products of every batch.
Captain Polyplast Ltd., Rajkot our first unit are the pioneers in manufacturing with latest technology and supplying of high quality irrigation pipes as HDPE pipe, Sprinkler pipe (PT-1 & 2), Irrigation Lateral pipe (mini sprinkler pipe), emitting pipe (drip line), uPVC pipe for potable water and different irrigation since last 15 years. Our all products are ISI and thus tested at our own laboratory with experienced technical persons and our firm is also an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. Since we maintain good quality and good services with innovative ideas our brand "Captain" has been registered its position as a reputed brand in the domestics and international market.
