Incorporated in the year 1988 at Chennai, (Tamil Nadu, India) we “Flocon Systems Private Limited” are engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying an extensive range of Industrial Valves such as Ball Valves, check valves, Industrial Actuators, Safety Valves and Butterfly Valves. Our products are manufactured using carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and bronze. Furthermore, we also use exotic metals like Hastelloy and Monel for fabricating our array of products. Our complete range is capable of catering to the requirements of cement, process and chemical, refineries & petrochemicals, fertilizers, pharmaceuticals and thermal power stations.
Our ball valves are obtainable in various sizes, upto 16”. Also, we have also registered ourselves among the manufacturers, fabricating metal seated ball valves for high temperature applications and high pressure valves for working pressures up to a limit of 10000 psi. Our organization is also occupied in fabricating three way and four way ball valves. We are proficient in fabricating 12000 valves & 300 actuators in the set time frame; as a result fulfilling urgent orders. Apart from this, we are also recognized for retaining global standards in our assortment of products by following particular quality management systems. Our all efforts have brought us the much acclaimed ISO 9001:2008 certification.
